The story starts in 1906 and few decades later, our family stills lives at 12bis. We wanted to share our passion for Paris and had the vision to create a chic, stylish, yet relaxing boutique bed and breakfast where guests can really feel at home.
We will welcome you “comme à la maison” at the first floor of this splendid typical Haussmannian building entirely dedicated to our guests. We live at the 7th floor, so you will enjoy full privacy.

One of the joys of living here is that the house has a peace and quietness all of its own. And yet, open the front door and you are immediately a part of the vibrant city.
